Mount Sequoyah

Jake, Jason, and I took a hike on Mount Sequoyah. It rained a few days previous so the trail was slick. Definately not made for sneakers. Perhaps we shall conqure the mountain again with proper hiking boots.
I also need to get a steadier hand when taking photos.

Where I work

My office:

The HPER Building: The window I often look out of :
The purpose of this blog is to show my life in Arkansas. I sort of been lacking in the "showing of Liz's life" department. Been distracted by shiney nature stuff. :)

My Green Hat

So far it has been rather windy in Arkansas. The locals say that it usually isn't this windy but so far there has been a lot of wind. I knit up this hat to keep my hair in line. It is made of cotton and light weight, so hopefully I can wear it in the summer.

(Note the large recycling pile and the abandoned piece of raisin bread on the counter. lol)
